Terms of use
Plain terms for a free tool. Using the site means you accept them.

What this is
vora.tools is a set of free browser tools for Counter-Strike 2 settings files. There is no subscription and no payment, and an account is optional. You may use whatever the tools produce for anything you like, including streaming it, publishing it or handing it to a team — the settings are yours, not ours, and we claim no rights over the files you make here.
Accounts, and what you save
You can sign in with Steam to keep configs and crosshair lists and to open support tickets. One account per person, and it is yours to delete at any time from your account page. What it keeps is listed in the privacy policy.
What you save stays yours. By making something public or unlisted you let vora.tools show it to the people you chose, and nothing more; we do not claim it, sell it or use it for anything else. Private things are shown to nobody but you.
Do not save or share:
- anything you do not have the right to share;
- anything written to harm someone who runs it — a config that deletes someone’s binds while pretending to be a pro’s, or connects them somewhere they did not ask to go;
- harassment, hate, spam, advertising, or anyone else’s personal information, in a title, a description or a config;
- a name or handle chosen to pass for someone else, or for this site.
Before you run a config someone else saved, read it. It is a text file your game will execute, and it is shown in full on its page for exactly that reason. Configs are not reviewed before they are published, and vora.tools is not responsible for what someone else wrote.
Admins can hide content that breaks these terms, and ban an account that does. A ban hides the profile and everything on it and signs the account out. VIP status, handles and the staff roles are given by hand and can be taken away. If you think a decision about your account was wrong, open a support ticket.
Support
Support tickets are private between you and the support team: members given the Support role, and admins. To answer you they can see your account’s public details — your name, handle, when you joined and whether you are VIP — and nothing you have kept private. They cannot ban anyone or change anybody’s roles.
Messages in a ticket are kept as written and cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, by you or by us, and who opened, replied to and closed each ticket is logged. That record is what lets both sides trust the conversation. Never put a password in one: support will never ask for a password, a Steam Guard code, login details or personal information, and anyone who does is not us.
The support team can attach a file to a reply — a screenshot, a PDF or a config. Players cannot upload files to a ticket. Attachments are kept with the ticket and only its owner and the support team can open them.
Replies are given as soon as someone can. A ticket may show an estimated reply time, worked out from how long recent tickets took; it is an estimate, not a promise. Outside the team’s office hours the page says when it opens instead, and tickets are still accepted. Tickets may be closed once they are answered, and a ticket used for abuse or spam may be closed and its account banned.
Media uploaded by administrators
Administrators may upload images and videos for use by the site. They must have the right to publish those files and are responsible for their contents. Media-library files are served publicly by URL until an administrator removes them; videos are kept as uploaded and may retain embedded recording metadata.
VIP
VIP is arranged by message — @echowq on Telegram or @bandrollu on Discord — and switched on by hand, for a set time or until it is taken away. There is no payment system on this site: nothing here takes a card, and no page will ever ask you for one.
What it adds is a custom handle and avatar for your profile, and extras on the overlay: the Player card and Scoreboard layouts, the motion when a match ends, one background image of your own, and taking the vora.tools mark off. Members of the support team have the same, as part of the role. Everything else on the site is free and stays free, and no tool is made worse to sell VIP.
The background image is yours to be responsible for. Upload something you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, hateful or sexual — it appears on a public stream with this site’s name in the corner. Admins can remove an image and end VIP over one. Your overlay key is a password in a URL, so treat it like one. It is locked to your own FACEIT account: on anyone else’s name the overlay shows that the key does not match, instead of your VIP look.
It comes with no warranty
The site is provided as is. The tools are tested and the parsers have a test suite behind them, but nobody can promise a program is correct, and this one writes files your game executes.
Keep a copy of your existing config before you replace it. Counter-Strike rewrites its own settings files, and a config you overwrite is gone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost settings, lost binds, a match played on the wrong sensitivity, or any other damage arising from using this site.
Fair use of the service
Do not:
- hammer the site with automated requests, or try to knock it over;
- attempt to gain access to the server or to anything not published on it;
- republish the site as your own, or present it as affiliated with Valve.
Scripting the site for your own occasional use is fine. Pointing a scraper at it is not, and the server blocks that automatically.
Counter-Strike is Valve’s, not ours
vora.tools is an independent project with no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve. The map screenshots behind the crosshair preview are Valve’s own promotional images, used to show how a crosshair reads against a real scene. If Valve would rather they were not used here, write to us and they come down.
FACEIT is not ours either
The stream overlay reads publicly available data from FACEIT’s own API. vora.tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FACEIT, and FACEIT is a trademark of its owner. The overlay depends on their service: if their API is down, slow, or changes, the overlay shows less or nothing, and there is nothing we can do about that from here. It is a free tool reading a free API, offered with no promise that either keeps working.
The site can change, and so can these terms
Tools may be added, changed or removed, and the site may be unavailable at any time without notice.
vora.tools may change these terms of use, and the privacy policy, at any time and without prior notice. There is no mailing list, the site sends no email, and an account holds no email address, so there is nobody to notify individually. Every change is still findable: the date at the top of the page changes with it, and it is written into the changelog. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Anything you want to raise — including a complaint, a correction, or a takedown request — goes to hello@vora.tools, and we would much rather hear about a problem than have it sit there.
See also the privacy policy, which is shorter than this page and mostly a list of things the site does not do.
